[IPA Employee] Dear [IPA Employee], Our business has been through many changes over its 25 yr history and we have always been able to rise to the challenge to change with our growing business during those time. Recently we have experienced another time when our business hit to many changes at once for us to handle on our own. We would need to down size and reinvent our business to survive through what seamed to be a major shift in our market place. [IPA Client] contacted IPA for a consult about the business and IPA proposed a plan. I was very skeptical about the plan but was open to needing help to change and improve the business. IPA sent [IPA Consultant] to asses and work with us on the problem areas. [IPA Consultant] quickly outlined the areas that need to be focused on to help our situation. [IPA Consultant] worked with out plant personnel evaluating each person for there abilities and then helping each person improve where they were not performing at 100% in there job. He also developed a better communications system between departments and there responsibilities to the production process. He also implemented a system to measure each persons productivity and there departments productivity. This has put the whole management "team" into a true "team" spirit to accomplishing our goals. [IPA Consultant] also has created a system for us to measure our sales and marketing people and make them more accountable for the amount of business that they are working on. He has also helped us get our Website up and running and sign up additional brokers to help us market our house brand of nutrition bars. We recently have run into another area that we are not familiar; this would be dealing with Venture capital companies. [IPA Consultant] has been instrumental in helping us navigate through this area with these companies and there requirements for us to create a funding deal. I could spend another hour detailing [IPA Consultant]'s projects and systems that he has been working on but I would like to just say in closing that it has been my pleasure working with [IPA Consultant] for the past 9 weeks. He has one of the highest work ethics that I have ever encountered in my 25 years of business. He also commands a great wealth of knowledge in all business affairs making him a true resource for us while he has been here. He has inspired our whole team during a very trying time of business and we could not have made it this far without his help.
