IBA When [IPA Client] and I first met with [IPA Analyst], the Senior Business Analyst from IPA, we were at our wits end on how to bring our Company, [Client Business Name], to the point of profitability. We knew what we wanted to see the Company achieve, but were unable to determine what steps we would have to take to successfully achieve both our business and personal goals. We were truly overextended both financially and emotionally in our efforts to turn this into a profitable enterprise. Over the past six weeks, as [IPA Consultant] has been on site with us every day, we now have a clear plan for achieving a profitable future. Dave has been such a great help, not only in setting up controls, procedures, and goals, but also in helping us to communicate and receive buy-in from our staff. This process included determining a true overhead burden factor, which had been a problem in the past. Though I could continue on and on, suffice it to say that [IPA Client] and I are so excited to see how quickly IPA, and specifically [IPA Consultant], has put in place a whole new outlook for our business future. Our employees seem energized by the changes, and excited to be a part of Scion's future. [IPA Consultant] has become our on-site "Dad", and it has been inspiring to see the way that he has found common ground with every member of our team!
