IBA To Whom It May Concern: First of all let me set one thing straight, I am not a "BUSINESS MAN". I am a Moldmaker, this is the trade that I was trained in through an apprenticeship. I learned how to build injection molds, machine metals, solve problems with tools. Nothing in my apprenticeship taught me to run a business! IPA has helped me by setting up the systems a business needs to controls all aspects its operations. Through their expertise, I now have systems and controls in place that allow me to UNDERSTAND and TRACK the actual performance of my company.
